Effective phosphorescence quenching in borylated PtII ppy-type phosphors and their application as I− ion sensors in aqueous medium
The first example of phosphorescent I- ion sensors based on borylated PtII ppy-type phosphors (Hppy = 2-phenylpyridine) was reported, which shows good selectivity and sensitivity. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
